Our client is one of the most extensive and established developer in the region with exceptional portfolio outlook in Hong Kong; currently searching for a dynamic individual to take on the Estate/Property Manager position to lead one of their luxury residential portfolio with emphasize in security operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the overall security operation across the luxury residential complex on a daily basis
• Conduct reviews on the Security Operations strategy and contractors to continuously improve the security performance
• Oversee the security incident management plans, Fire Systems and procedures for emergencies scenarios and loss prevention in a cost effective manner
• Attend regular meetings with building owner's representatives to maintain positive relationship
• Compliance of Security Guarding Services Ordinance and ensure automated security installations effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management or related disciplines
• 10-15 years' experience in property management of luxury residential developments and portfolios
• Effective customer relationship management experience and proactive in driving changes
• Natural communicator and leadership skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese ; Mandarin will be an advantage
• Member of CIH or HKIH is highly preferred
