Responsibilities:

• Driving target channel distribution development to enhanced penetrations and building superior relationships with Key End Users Accounts within the assigned geographic area and target segment (or industry)
• Maximize product portfolio with distribution customers & key end user accounts
• Enhance assigned target channels/geographic area business with the addition of new product introductions.
• Partnering with distributors and internal operating to execute product’s selling strengths and promote products and services.
• Conduct product trainings to distributors quarterly
• Formulate and execute sales & promotion plan which are in line with company strategies to drive sales and profitability for Rubbermaid Commercial Product business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years sales experience in B2B industry
• Managing distributor and end user both
• Excellent communication skill, drive for result
