Roles and Responsibilities:

Bridge between clients & operation team in establishing new accounts and responsible for account management to ensure the client’s need and expectation are met

Handle tenders and business inquiries with prompt response.

Perform cold calling, new customers prospecting and relationship building with key clients

Requirements:

Tertiary educated with 3 – 5 years account servicing experience in PR / Event / Exhibition industry, brief understanding on event management workflow

Focus on closing business deal, great to have track record in business development. Experience in Media or Agency fields is an advantage.
