We are looking for a strong experienced enterprise software sales person to help drive our business in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Island) region. This is a growing market in the capital-intensive project management space with lots of potential and you will be supported by our highly experienced Sales Support team to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Develop Sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in the defined customer territory
- Promote and evangelize Oracle CEGBU products to the selected customers, partners and internal audiences
- Work with approved partners to define, recommend and drive sales
- Develop a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage
- Meeting with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships
- Engaging Pre-Sales support for customer meetings to develop customer discussions further
- Developing a strong understanding of how Oracle CEGBU can support customer’s future business goals
- Collaborate with other Oracle LOB’s to promote CEGBU products and add value to other opportunities
- Taking part in account planning, customer/market analysis and strategy sessions
Required Skills
- Several years applicable experience including 7 or more years of enterprise software sales experience
- Understanding of sales trends, product management and market segments
- Proven capacity to create, maintain and develop lasting relationships with customers
- Effective problem solving skills and the ability to present innovative solutions to customer needs
- Good organizational and planning ability, setting and managing priorities
- Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify needs within the market and develop appropriate go-to-market campaigns in order to drive incremental business within the region
- Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors is a plus
- Capital-intensive industry and/or PPM experience are considered as an asset
- SaaS/Cloud sales experience
- Local language (native speaker) and good English language skills are a mandatory
!|!Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
