JOB TITLE: Senior Sales Engineer (FHS) – Beijing
GENERAL SUMMARY:
? Drive Fluke FBC, Raysafe business in Northern Region.
? Balance the long term strategy with immediate opportunities in keen-competition markets
PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Beat and exceed sales objectives by coordinating with marketing, channel and other partners.
? Formulate, develop and execute short and medium-term sales plans in order to achieve strategic goals.
? Develop new customers and generate qualified leads and funnel to support long term business growth.
? Convert funnel opportunities into qualified booking orders through value selling.
? Provide support to Finance as needed, such as shipment schedule and past due.
? Train channel partners and customers on product application.
JOB COMPLEXITY
? Work independently.
? Operate in work situations of highly complexity.
? Errors in judgment or failure to get results can affect both short- and long-range sales.
? Need both strategic and tactical thinkings.
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Good knowledge of industry, products, and applications.
? Ability to work with assigned sales team and be able to demonstrate leadership.
? Must be highly self motivated and possess good sales skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
? BSEE or comparable technical degree with at least 5 years’ sales experience in medical segments
? Aggressive, result-oriented, creative, good team player
? Successful track record on sales and sales management
? Major account management skill-set
? Channel sales and marketing skill-set
? Strong ethical mind-set and integrity.
? Able to work independently and alison to cross-region teams.
? Able to think outside the box.
? Willing to travel.
