Senior Sales & Distribution Manager (Job ID: 2619)

Responsibilities

• To manage all the Sales Channels, including Telemarketing, Branch, Direct Sales and other Business Partners for Retail Lending Product, including Credit Card, Consumer Loan and Mortgage.
• To explore, develop and manage the relationship with all sales channels
• To provide first-class customer service which meet the standards/requirements/guidelines prescribed by all concerned regulators as well as the Bank
• To effectively apply the marketing expense in order to maximize the business return
• To ensure the proper annual reviews for all sales channels
• To ensure standardized practice in disclosing products and services information, features, risks, fees and charges to customers throughout and after the sales process
• To ensure all sales activities are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years' solid product and marketing experience in banking products: at least 6 years’ experience in Retail Lending Products or related sector
• Possess effective interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Independent, self-motivated and business oriented;
• Good planning and analytical skills;
• Strong communication skill and risk awareness;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
