Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Own Sales Data management and Reporting: Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Opportunities, Vulnerabilities.
• Support Business management Cadence and Data preparation: Weekly Newsletter, Monthly Report/Dashboard, Quarterly Forecast, MOR, QOR,
• Support Project Tracking and well coordinate with sales team: Data preparation, root cause Analysis
• Own the Salesforce.com (SFDC) maintenance and drive the continuous improvement: Team Performance dashboard, SIP Setting, Sales / Customer Coding Assignment
• Develop SFDC function according to HQ and local requirement: could communicate with HQ independently.
• Perform other work related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or Finance, Stat.
• Above 3 years Sales Support or Data management experience in a medical device/pharma industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office Software
• Flexibility to support global collaboration outside normal work hours.
• Solid English capability both in oral and written
• Familiar with SFDC and has experience to use / manage it more than 1 year
