The ideal candidate would have a good academic background and would be looking to move into an exciting pre-sales position.

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical knowledge and natural flair in a client facing position with incredible potential for development & career progression.

 

Working in our highly talented sales and pre-sales team the successful Pre-Sales Consultant will be working with our award-winning applications. You will utilize your logical and technical skills to ensure challenges are dealt with for internal and external clients. This will consist of running and maintaining demonstration environments, completing tenders & delivering pre-sales presentations.

 
Responsibilities\:
  • Working closely with Sales and Solutions team in guiding the product roadmap towards our clients risk and finance needs.
  • Work closely with the business development team to gain an understanding of customer requirements.
  • Deliver workshops to current and prospective customers on our range of solutions.
  • Completing RFIs / RFPs to an excellent standard.
  • Deliver product demonstrations as well as conduct workshops on our solutions ranging from ALM, LRM, capital calculations to regulatory reporting to current as well as prospective clients.
  • Work closely with sales by participating in road shows, conferences and industry held seminars.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal as well as external customers.
 

We are looking for an outstanding Pre-Sales Consultant with the following skills\:-

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport both internally & externally.
  • Strong technical understanding/background.
  • Previous experience of 5-6 years in Pre Sales in a similar industry.
  • Any financial software knowledge would be highly beneficial.
  • Expertise in several of the following areas of ALM, Liquidity, LCR (liquidity coverage ratio), NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio), Liquidity Risk, IFRS 9 and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Experience in presenting to C level executives.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity in the area of risk and finance would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in Spanish or French.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
  • Is a team player and has the ability/willingness to travel across EMEA.
 
Education\:

Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Economics, Risk, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.

 

!|!Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation.  Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.  Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills\: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
