Senior Resourcing & Relationship Manager (Job ID: 2709)

Responsibilities:

• To be a team member of Human Resources Department.
• To partner with business managers to provide one-stop professional HR solutions including manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention.
• To provide advice and solutions to business lines on human resources issues and enable them to work effectively.
• To work closely with other HR specialist teams to ensure talents are attracted, retained and developed to meet the business needs.
• To ensure HR activities are in compliance with local legislations and the Bank's policies.
• To support ad hoc projects as and when necessary.

Requirements:

• University graduate in any disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years' solid experience in human resources management, preferably gained from the banking and financial services industry.
• Experience in handling volume recruitment or licensing staff is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of HR business processes, best practices and related regulatory compliance.
• Well-versed in employment related ordinances and regulations.
• Proactive, mature, detail-minded and a good team player.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.
