As our Senior Recruiter for Beijing office, you will be responsible for hiring right talents on right timing at right cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influence key stakeholders to align expectations to the external marketplace
• Ultimately accountable for ensuring the delivery of output metrics and tasked to drive continuous improvement in the quality, speed and cost of hiring
• Own the Hiring Manager relationship, coaching them through the process, creating appropriate target lists and a compelling value proposition to sell to passive candidates
• Personally assess candidates’ competence, cultural fit and motivation, and present robust shortlists with an appropriate mix of Internal, external, active and passive candidates
• Promote best practice selection, coaching hiring managers where necessary and taking ultimate responsibility for high quality hiring decisions
• Lead improvement projects based on customer feedback, market intelligence & business needs
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Min 6 years working experience (inclu min 3 years in technical recruiting)
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Fast learner, self-starter, team worker with great communication

Preferred:

• Experience in internet/tech/retail industry preferred
• Experience in Employer Branding, Process Optimization, ATS Improvement preferred
