Job Description

1. Workforce planning: Identify, secure and develop the human capital required to support the organization mission, enable company to manage the talents shortages as well as surpluses, and act, in stead of react, to business and market change

2. Recruitment Channel: Develop sourcing strategy based on the needs of different level talents, identify the recruitment channels eg. Internal posting, internal referral, recruiting website, headhunters and service agency,etc, to search for qualified candidates effectively and effciently

3. Staffing process administration for job Ad/Job Board reviewing and update, interview arrangement, offer recommendation, offer letter preparation, reference check, on –boarding, new hire data keyin in HRIS, personnel file setup, probation assessment follow up with hiring managers, etc

4. Conduct the New Hire Survey to get/collect the feedback on the recruiting experience and on boarding process, and develop the Just Do It action plan and long term strategy

5. Be responsible for employment contract renew, internal movement

6. Drive staffing activities, like wellness in AP as well as in Shenzhen;employeeactivities,ect

7. Work closely with service agency on contractor searching, hiring and daily management
