Responsibilities:
1. Continually engages with hiring managers and BU/location leadership to understand the recruiting business needs and required skills;
2. Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and lessons-learned.
3. Provide back-up recruiting services for other sites as needed.
4. Ensure client satisfaction for the recruitment efforts;
5. Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies.
6. Effectively program manages recruitment campaigns as required;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 2 years’ recruiting, headhunting or HR experience.
3. Good spoken and written English
4. Positive and open minded. Willing to learn;
5. Solid interpersonal relations & communication skills;
6. Good team player, fast learner, ability to work under pressure.
