Responsibilities:

Define quality criteria base on RAFI general quality criteria and customer required specification

Routinely quality data analysis and lead cross function team to improve product quality

Work on a day to day base with the project core team during NPI phase

Establish incoming inspection plan and limit samples with the collaboration of SQE team and R&D team

Lead team to prepare quality control plan during the life time of the product

Troubleshooting and analysis skills in a cross functional team

Other tasks assigned by HOD(head of department)

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years quality working experiences in medical industry

Good English skills in written and oral, can communicate with German colleagues fluently

Skill sets like SPC, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, control plan and quality tools etc.

Learn new skills fast and actively

Work independently, proactive attitude
