Our client is a leading MNC looking for a Senior Quality Engineer/ Quality Manager to join their global team responsible for electronic commodity, to ensure the quality is fulfilling the standard from the R&D stage to NPI and mass production.

Job responsibilities:

• Leads early involvement of suppliers in new product development and product/ component/ process improvement.
• Provide guidance for suppliers on product design, DFM, process development, equipment selection, and DOE optimization.
• Implementation of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for part qualification
• Conduct supplier technical visits and line qualification with Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years + experience in electronics manufacturing as well as parts tolerance analysis.
• Sound knowledge in Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of ISO13485 or ISO16949.
• Six Sigma Green or Black belt is preferred.
