Responsibilities:

• Lead QE team & supervise the team to review all samples on risk assessment and control during mass production
• Investigate and response timely to customer’s queries on quality and technical issues
• Manage corrective action process to resolve manufacturing defect and production improvement with factories
• Monitor and support factories to improve their quality control system
• Evaluate vendor competency and capacity during factory visit, follow up the corrective or improvement actions
• Provide suggestion on the product specs, packing and assembly
• Travel to factory to ensure production performance

  Requirement: 

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on quality assurance and manufacturing control processes for the following: Sundries and Hardgoods/ Fashion Accessories/ Textile
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Hands-on experience, proactive, good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Written & Spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
