STAKES OF THE JOB

• Contribute to the EBIT(Earnings Before Interest and Tax) improvements
• Establish, organize, coordinate, execute company or departmental purchasing plan in order to reach the expected delivery from suppliers of right products or services, with right quality, at the best possible price and at the right time.
• Manage the purchasing function and coach the team members in order to apply best possible practices to secure, improve and sustain company profitability within a continuous improvement mindset, including recurring challenges of ALL suppliers for ALL products at least ONCE a year
• Upgrade the purchase function and team professionalism to cope with company turnaround
• Propose alternative sourcing, products, processes, components, ideas to improve company operations and EBIT

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

1. Survey, analyze and evaluate the market in order to confirm client’s needs and purchasing opportunity.

2. Draft and execute purchasing strategies.

3. Manage plan and distribution of special goods effectively according to product’s price, product’s classification and quality.

4. Develop and manage team and other related coworkers to confirm the purchasing products meet the client’s needs.

5. Develop, select and deal with the relationship of local and international suppliers, such as price negotiation, respect of environment, product quality ,supply chain, database etc.

6. Improve the procedures and standards of the purchase, through as streamlining process , maximize inventory , generate extra income for the company as regards scrap .

7. Hand over the purchasing reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. At least 5 years experience of material purchasing.

3. Develop and maintain the relevant communication channels with other Departments.

4. Other work assigned by company according to business needs.

5. Sustain cost avoidance and define a measurement method for cost avoidance

6. Implement all new purchasing policies and propose best practices
