Senior Property Officer - Wong Tai Sin Residential Building
Responsibilities:

• To carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc
• To handle owners enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them
• To liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies
• To prepare daily reports and correspondences to facilitate daily operation
• To monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities
• To handle procurement
• To assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events
• To attend OC meeting

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in property management or related discipline
• At least 5 years working experience in property management
• Experience in managing residential building is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated with strong leadership skill and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong in report writing
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc

 職責:

• 巡視物業
• 確保所有設施運作正常
• 處理顧客查詢
• 協助上司跟進投訴及處理緊急事故
• 主動與業戶接觸
• 維持良好關係

 要求:

• 中五或以上程度
• 一年或以上物業管理經驗優先
• 成熟, 有良好組織能力, 有責任
• 基本英語及國語、良好粵語的言語能力
• 樂觀性格 及 具獨立能力
• 有一般電腦知識優先
• 工作時間: 早 / 夜班 (0800-2000 / 2000-0800), 每週工作六天
• 工作地點: 九龍或香港區 (不固定工作地點)
