Division: Sales Division

In this position, you will:

• Support the sales flow enhancement project and also the supporting system, from development to implementation monitoring and quality control
• Plan the sales and aftersales supporting service, provide suggestions for the optimization
• Liaise with vendor and internal department according to the project scope to satisfy different projects
• Provide system utilization and other analysis for management review
• Debrief the new system change to internal customer and preparing user manual

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in business or project management
• At least 3 years working experience in project management with hands-on experience in system enhancement of sales project will be an advantage
• Familiar with data analysis and knowledge of quality management is preferred
• Good command of Chinese and English writing skill (Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Good communication skill and team work
• Proactive attitude and able to perform in challenging environment
• Travel to Mainland China is required occasionally
