Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or above in business administration or related field
Experience:
- CMM or SIX-SIGMA experience strongly wished
- Ability to translate project management concepts into language that is commonly understood
Language: Fluent English mandatory, French strongly valued, other European languages desired
Communication and Interpersonal skills:
-Excellent communication skills
- At ease with cross-cultural communication
Others:
- PMP or PRINCE2 accreditation required
- Knowledge of PMO tools (MS Project, testing software, Sharepoint…)
- Positive attitude toward constant changing environment and ability to drive change management
- Able to prioritise deliverables, tasks and activities
- Strong organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Defining quality assurance processes
• Definition of best practices in internal project communication and ensuring change management
• Train and coach project managers on project best practices
• Strong reporting capabilities and ability to define KPIs and communicate around them
• For existing projects and in supports of project managers, building planning, tracking milestones and alerting in case of risks or delay
• Establishment and follow-up a table of risks
• Industrialize activities by taking advantage of good practices and feedbacks of previous successes
• Participate to definition and standardization of project lifecycle including testing methodology
• Activity Management tracking
• Participate in the user acceptance test - check up the adequacy between the solution delivered and the demand and requirements
