They have over 100 staff in Shanghai and around 30 in Beijing. They mainly work on commercial, hospitality, retail and mix-used projects. The role:
Currently we are looking for experienced project architect and project managers to join them to work on their consistent in-coming projects. The company’s name will look great on your resume.

Responsibilities:
 Working with Design Director, technical Director and project managers to deliver high quality design drawings
 Responsible for design development and coordinate with LDI’s to ensure the quality for construction drawings
 Solve technical related problems
 Do presentation during client meetings and answer client’s questions when necessary
 Assist and remind the foreign concept designers when the concept drawings are not compliance with building codes and regulations
 Attend onsite meetings to make sure the buildings are constructed as designed
 Mentor intermediate and junior architects

Requirements:
 Over 10-15 years’ architectural work experience
 Fluent English and Mandarin
 Large-scale project experience
 Familiar with local building code is a big plus
 Must be present in China and have over 2 years’ China work experience
