岗位职责:
1. Work with the cross-functional team (R&D, Marketing, Training team, Sales., etc.) teams to clarify project questions, initiate test designs and report findings utilizing Sensory consumer testing methods, and influence marketing partners on optimized approaches or direction to consumer product research.
2. Translate consumer needs into technical specification for product development
3. Consolidate different sources of consumers data and summarize insights, share with team
4. Provide guidance for technical training regarding sensory science and product lexicons for cross functional teams which are executed by the formula Scientist(s) and technician/Coordinator
5. Travel once or twice a year to neighbouring Asian countries and the USA if necessary for consumers’ research and training.
Partner with external consultants and suppliers to test, and integrate new learning including, new methods and partnered research.
任职要求:
Education requirement: Engineer/Science bachelor degree on areas such as Chemistry, Food science, Biology or Pharmacy with 3+ years of experience in product development (CPG: Household Care, Food, Beauty Care, pharmaceutical, Paper products industry and similar).
Language: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Korean, Japanese, or other Asian languages is a plus
Computer Skill: good at office software; good at statistical software (like JMP,SPSS, SAS, Statistica, R, Pyton) is plus; also can provide training to candidate once onboard
Technical: Food related science
Certifications or Others:
Availability in the next trimester for a 2 weeks on-boarding training trip.
Availability for early morning / early evening calls with the USA.
