Division: New Business

In this position, you will:

• Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with Q&A
• Oversee the product operations to deliver APP/WEB solutions and to achieve business development needs and goals
• Work closely with vendor, content partner, internal technical parties and major stakeholders to ensure quality delivery within the designated time frame
• Manage, monitor and report product progress and issues on a regular basis to establish effective governance and control over the entire product
• Prepare product documentation such as checklist, UAT document etc. 
• Analyze current user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities
• Manage any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years working experience of Product in education related sector with proven track record of product development and partnership management preferably in K12 education and related sector
• Proficient in computer system architecture design is a plus
• Proven track record in launching mobile apps/IT system
• Knowledge in UX workflow and strong design techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well versed in MS Excel and Power point
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
