Being a member of the Life Product Proposition Management team, the jobholder will be key resource in supporting the individual traditional and/or linked life business lines to execute strategies and issues of all kinds of individual life products.
Responsibilities:
· Be able to manage the team in devising product solutions to support company's goals by providing customer-centric product solutions through a comprehensive product suite of traditional life and investment linked products
· Be the key lead in product development / campaign projects to ensure successful product launch and implementation
· Contribute to the monitoring and management of key product financials
· Be able to formulate product strategy to meet company overall strategy as well as the needs of different channels
· Be innovative in product research, development and marketing approach
· Work closely with different key stakeholders to secure smooth implementation of product and related projects
· Lead the team to manage market intelligence analysis to gain insight and provide necessary information to facilitate management decisions
Requirements:
· University graduate in discipline such as marketing, business, statistics or actuarial science
· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
· Good business acumen and marketing sense
· A good team player and a good project leader
· Be able to work and make decision independently
· Innovative, with good presentation skills and attentive to details
· Good at performing research and be able to synopsize management information
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
