Senior Product Engineer
Location: Torino HQ

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will join pre-development and new product introduction programs with challenging timelines and tough technical requirements.
Your key deliverables:
- Be part of a multi-cultural and cross-functional NPD / NPI product development team
- Define and execute Validation plan (DVP&R, DAP)
- Complete design, analysis and testing activities to define the VT product and validation
- Lease with technical services (e.g. design room, testing, prototyping) on program activities
- Drive and complete project activities from prototype procurement and testing to high-volume industrialization
- Work with key OEMs in Europe and outside of Europe
- Track activities and report progress to the Tech Lead or Engineering Manager
- Use DFSS tool and engineering best practises to successfully lead product development projects
- Complete the Validation Plan for the product calibrated to the phase of the project
- Prepare engineering reports, summarize and present results of activities to management
- Work in team and contribute to the system design definition and validation
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development
- Good knowledge of:
- combustion engines
- CAD modelling and design skill
- analytical tools (FEA, CFD, etc.)
- DFSS tools (DFMEA, DVP&R, design scorecard)
- Be able to read a technical drawing, define tolerances and run a stack-up analysis (including GD&T)
- Soft skills: work in team, communicate with customers, work in multicultural environment, report out to management.
