Department: Procurement

In this position, you will:

• Handle full spectrum of network procurement activities including preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, issue purchase orders and review contract documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms
• Proactively work with user departments to analyze and identify business needs and support development of best fit procurement and contracting strategies
• Identify and develop effective and reliable sourcing strategies
• Seek cost saving initiative on different areas of procurement
• Prepare procurement related report analysis
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and internal customer satisfaction

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering, IT, Procurement or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in telecom / IT field
• Familiar with contracting and tendering process for network or IT systems
• Experience in using ERP system is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proactive attitude
• Good command in English and Putonghua
• Experienced candidates will be offered as "Senior Procurement Officer"
