Oracle is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager Project Manager to join our growing team.

Senior Project Manager is responsible for manage complete project aligned to Oracle methodology for project managing, company procedures and best practices.

Responsible to manage and control the life cycle of projects, including support activities to support the sales process, qualification of opportunities, planning and control of the main activities of the same, relationship with the client, internal and external communication about the status of the project, fulfillment of the primary objectives defined for the projects and closure of the same with high levels of satisfaction on the part of our clients in relation to the products and services delivered by Oracle.

Senior Project Manager requires skills as: Leadership, Interpersonal communication effectively, decisiveness, problem-solving, delegate effectively, excellent execution, time management skills with good management of communication with customers, stakeholders, and leaders of the organization.

Senior Project Manager must has a broad understanding of telecom software solutions.  Experience and knowledge to manage business processes and industry best practices.

Demonstrated experience application implementation projects for telecommunication industry and software implementation projects for network management (inventory, provisioning etc.), ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time, quality, and budget.

May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, motivation, and feedback to develop skills of team members.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4-5 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Expertise relevant to project manager practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. Languagues: Spanish and english.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
