Senior Planning & Process Manager (Job ID: 2786)

Responsibilities

• To lead and manage a team and be responsible for the compilation of regulatory reports, e.g. HKMA returns and surveys.
• To monitor and perform quality checking for Credit Bureau Data Contribution and attained with high accuracy standard.
• To ensure all reporting are in compliance with regulatory requirements, data accuracy and on time submission.
• To ensure all reports are delivered in full compliance with internal and HKMA regulatory requirements and effective implementation of internal control procedures.

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' working experience in the retail banking industry, of which at least 5 years at managerial level.
• Extensive experience in handling system enhancement/development, process improvement, internal control and compliance issues.
• Substantial knowledge on regulatory reporting and HKMA banking returns.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under high pressure and ability to provide well-reasoned assessments associated with regulatory reports.
• Independent and self-motivated with strong communication, risk awareness and analytical skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.
