JOB SCOPE

• Define brand strategy on basis of customer understanding and market research
• Develop clear points of views and communicate across the Account team in a logical way
• Collaborate with Account team and Creative team to shape campaigns that attract and engage consumers
• Create strategic frameworks that benefit clients and help the agency better understand and address marketing and communications issues and opportunities
• Develop creative briefs and briefing documents that inspire and properly direct creative works

REQUIREMENTS

• You are bilingual in Chinese and English
• 2+ years of experience in advertising as planner
• A team-player
• An independent, self-driven individual with highly responsible nature
