Job Summary
This position is a comprehensive Payroll Partner role who cover both Korea commercial and plant employees. The role is to delivery and execution of payroll by aligned with regional payroll standards, streamlined process and guidelines.
Locally, the position is required to consolidate and validate payroll data and work with outsourcing agent on all payroll/IIT/Calculation. Responsible for overall payroll process and individual income tax compliance. Also, this role acts as the independent and primary contract for employees or internal/external contact for issues that related to compensation/Time Attendance or IIT.
Job Responsibility:
?Manage overall workflow designed with payroll vendor to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
?Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports provided by vendor (Check payroll calculation and reports from outsourcing agent )
?Act as the last mile services by dealing with government bureau in delivering Statutory benefits management
?Support all payroll/IIT related work caused by people movement and follow up with employees on on- board /termination payroll process
?Collect, calculate and enter monthly payroll information if required.
?Work on timely submission of reports to finance and/or inter-companies
?Reconciliation of account balances and investigate any differences
?Works independently to interactive with local HRBP, Finance and employees on payroll related process and inquiry with limited supervision
?Act as T&A system admin to implement new tools and process locally
?Facilitate and lead communication & change management for ongoing process modification and optimization
?Provide advisory and support on other South East Asia country’s payroll and T&A system implementation
?Deals with complex questions by using functional knowledge and drawing on relevant experience.
?Lead the tax annual filing and tax reporting activities
?Lead the process change or logic change with vendor in cope with the government regulation change
?Assist in other Ad-hoc or yearend reporting and projects
?Back up for HRS team members when necessary
?Assist in annual audits & market salary benchmarking review
Requirements:
?University (Degree), HR related major is preferred
?5 years HR working experience in multinational environment and more than 2 years’ payroll experience
?Payroll implementation project is a plus
?Commitment to excellence
?High level of team spirit
?Supported payroll operation
?Familiar with Labor ordinance and local regulation
?With the strong knowledge on Payroll management
?Experienced with Payroll vendor on some optimization projects
?Strong communication skills and can work under pressure
?Fluent English,Korea with Written and oral
?Excellent in MS Office Applications, especially requirement for good Excel skills
