1. Legal Advisory Service (30%)
- Provide legal advisory service regarding the following areas;
- Customer complaints
- Standard Terms & Conditions
- Anti-Trust Compliance
- Business Operation
2. Litigation Management (20%)
- Manage legal disputes & litigations (incl. preparation of briefs and court hearing attendance) 
- Monitor deadlines and dates of litigations or other disputes resolving procedures
3. External Affairs – Regulators (incl. Financial authorities) Management (20%)
- Review correspondence of data requests from financial authorities such as FSS(Financial Supervisory Service), FSC(Financial Supervisory Commission), and CREFIA(Credit Finance Association) 
- Review the relevant teams’ reports to the competent government authorities regarding the topics related to treasury, audit, compliance, internal controls, corporate governance etc.
- Manage and liaise inquiries against dawn-raids and on-site inspections of regulators (i.e. KFTC)
4. Corporate Governance (10%)
- Provide legal advisory service to corporate secretary pursuant to local corporate governance act and relevant regulations in following topics; 
- Board of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings and report- and disclosure duties thereof
- Coordinate the relevant documents for change of corporate registry
5. Legal Team Reporting (10%)
- Coordinate HQ/RO initiated reports in line with local stakeholders and Support General- and Legal Counsels to review such reports
- Prepare drafting documents for annual/quarterly/monthly business report of Legal Team
- Implement and align with global or regional initiatives of HQ IL (Integrity & Legal) (i.e. Anti-Trust Compliance Program, Anti-Trust Risk Assessment)
6. Legal Team Support (10%)
- Retain records of (1) all legal-related documents/materials; and (2) all legal-related communications for efficient management 
- Assist budgetary responsibilities via handling all procurement and payment for external legal advisory service and legal training items
- Support General- and Legal Counsel by coordinating requests according to priority and availability
- Support General- and Legal Counsel via researching local laws and regulations against new business opportunities (i.e. new projects initiated by HQ/RO)
