Burgeoning local fashion appareal company

• Receive and organize all seasonal press samples
• Organize product shootings according to seasonal buy
• Work closely with PR agency to ensure all samples are utilized for photo shoots and relevant PR opportunities to achieve maximum editorial coverage.
• Consolidate and submit weekly/monthly editorial and clipping reports
• Establish and build strong links and effective working relationships with media, bloggers, KOLs and stylists
• Develop wide-range of materials including press releases, product information, company website content, social media, newsletters, proposals, presentations, reports, to support branding and PR objectives
• Formulate and execute PR campaigns, events and all related activities
• Communicate closely with principals for daily PR requests and sample deliveries
• Manage company's social media platforms and website
• Work closely with Retail team and Merchandising team to develop bi-weekly PR materials to support sales performance
• Support department head and PR manager on ad hoc projects
• Responsible for all necessary departmental administrative support

• Degree or above, at least 5 years' experience in Marketing and/or PR related industry
• Passionate in the fashion retail industry
• Great network with local media and stylists
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• A great team player with excellent communications skills, internally and externally
• Exceptional writing skills of English and Chinese with experience of producing press releases, copywriting, newsletter and social media content
• Self-motivated, energetic, flexible, creative, independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous planning and organizational skills
