Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop the overall strategies, lead and build high performing teams to achieve business growth
  • Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget
  • Oversee the business with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk, maximise brand awareness and foster market development
  • Lead Area Managers and Operations Team to achieve overall KPIs & business targets
  • Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for business operations improvement
  • Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of market
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise, and accomplish work
  • Establish a wide variety of training activities, motivate the operations team
  • Enhance current Standard Operations Procedure (SOP)
  • Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the sops to maximise sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service
  • Analyse and report regularly on operational performance of shops to Department Head
  • Support the company’s hiring processes and partner with Human Resources to develop strategies that address talent gaps

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • 8 years+ in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in F&B & Retail chained store, in which 5 years in managerial level
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit, retain, motivate and develop a team
  • Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Good command of computer literacy in Chinese word proceeding, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Manager
