- Handle enquires via E-Banking Support Hotline
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
- Perform a variety of routine clerical duties and accurate processing of centralized works
- Assist in handling other related operational matters
- Secondary education with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking industry
- Experience in call centre is an advantage
- Good telephone manner & PC skill
