• Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines, experience in FX/ CFD 
• 3 - 5 years or above of solid experience in Financial or Banking industry/ Client service or Back/ Middle Office roles
• Work closely with sales and marketing team to define the key value drivers that boost client loyalty and customer satisfaction
• Lead and collaborate with local operation team and offshore cs team to provide full support to client relation in timely and professional manner
• Support the client onboarding process, document checking and compliance function
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to implement and review including but not limited to operation procedures, manuals, contingency plan and portal enhancement
• Responsible for the monitoring of client trade activities and provide assistant to daily operations & administration duties e.g. fund transfer and payment gateway solutions development
