Job Description & Summary

Position Summary

The role is to be a dedicated resource to support and drive the recruitment strategy of Chengdu SDC2.0 transformation and to partner with different business stakeholders to make sure the recruitment plan has been executed effectively (focus on the quality of hiring instead of the number of hiring to support the sustainable growth of the organization)

Key responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate recruitment strategies in line with business strategy
  • Act as the first point of contact for the hiring needs from all business unit and lead the recruitment team to timely fulfil the open vacancies
  • Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence and provide talent insights and suggestions to hiring managers
  • Work out different solutions to attract talents from market (for Experienced Hire) and from universities (for Campus Recruitment)
  • Develop relationships with third party vendors to deliver an effective recruitment experiences, apart from direct sourcing


  • Prepare and work out annual hiring cost and maintain the cost control associated with the resource needs from business unit
  • Optimize the end to end recruitment and people selection process to enhance the successful hiring ratio
  • Work with CN/HK recruitment team to learn the best practices as needed
  • Effectively lead and coach team members from recruitment team and provide feedback for the performance management review process

  • Bachelor’s Degree, major in Psychology or Human Resources will be highly preferable
  • 5-7 years of working experience in HR function with at least 3 years recruiting experience.
  • Prior working experience in a business process environment (e.g. call or customer service centre), or any labor-intensive industry (i.e. manufacturing)
  • Prior working experience in the finance sector and/or with a foreign invested enterprise would be highly desirable
  • A good working knowledge of HR operation principles and concepts (i.e Performance management, Compensation & Benefits and Employee relations)
  • Good knowledge of business process centre operation and familiarity with the Chengdu Labor Market
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Be adaptive to changes and highly customer orientated
