• Organized and detail orientated, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills on both costing and lead time planning with knowledge about competitive pricing.
• Good command of spoken /written English and Mandarin with computer literacy.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience and track record in personal care products for the European market.
• Able to manage production development, sample and production follow up.
• Extensive knowledge of domestic electrical product suppliers in China, able to use existing contacts to source new product lines.
• Must be able to identify new suppliers capable of meeting our quality requirements.
• Able to anticipate potential problems and work out solutions.
• Travel in China is required.
