Merchandiser

Job Description:

• Develop new products according to customer’s requirements 根据客户要求开发新产品
• To negotiate with makers for price with quality 与供应商洽谈价格和产品质量
• To be organized for filing for daily inquires, order files 整理每天的询价定单等
• Understand for whole procedure from looking for products, get orders to follow details with product quality, package, inspection, delivery. etc. 负责整个流程，从产品开发、取得定单、产品质量，包装及验货等细节
• Can follow for the sample approval lead time carefully. 根据确定的样品来安排时间
• Can assist the leader to solve problems during the above procedure 协助领导解决工作中遇到的问题
• Other related things request from the leader 其余来自公司领导的工作

Job Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years’working experience in merchandising at trading company or buying office for sourcing home appliance products至少5-7年在贸易公司或采购办事处的工作经验
• Experience with product development and OEM management 有产品开发及OEM管理经验
• Familiar with Western Europe / USA markets 熟悉西欧及美国市场
• Familiar with kitchenware/plastic, glass, wood, and other materials 熟悉塑料、玻璃、木制及其他材料
• Must have strong ability to read and write in English 熟练的英语读写能力
• Must have strong sourcing ability 很强的采购能力
• Need to have good negotiation ability 谈判能力佳
• Self-motivated team player & willing to work under pressure 能在压力下工作，自我激励，团队合作
• Aggressive / responsible and willing to travel 主动积极，有责任心，愿意出差
