职位描述

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality translation deliverables per established timeline
• Conduct preliminary translation when necessary and quality control review to ensure the translation deliverables are of high quality in term of accuracy, consistency, scientific soundness, and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
• Take a lead role in translation projects with respect to resource allocation, timeline management, milestones tacking, deliverables archiving, etc.
• Lead the initiatives to optimize internal translation processes for improvement in quality and efficiency
• Establish internal process for development and maintenance of translation memory and term base
• Interview, supervise and coach junior team members; provide routine orientations and trainings
• Manage external translation service providers to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Explore new technology to improve translation quality and efficiency

任职条件

• Master or above majoring in medical, biology, pharmacy, or other life science related areas;
• At least 5 years dedicated medical translation related experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or translation company; experience in people management preferred
• Demonstrated ability in English writing and communication
• Well-organized: ability to prioritize tasks, work simultaneously on multiple projects, and deliver high-quality translation according to tight timelines and shifting priorities/demands
• Independently motivated with good problem-solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player
• Ability to understand, interpret, and translate clinical and scientific data
• Strong project management skills
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Trados and other Computer Aided Translation software
