职位描述：

1. Assist in the strategic planning for content development 辅助制定内容规划

2. Manage day-to-day operations of the CN Editorial team including workload distribution 管理编辑的日常工作和项目调配

3. Assist in monitoring scheduled DIS Print deliveries for CN 管理和监测刊物的出书时间

4. Assist in planning & updating the publication schedules and submit to Regional Editorial 制定和更新刊物的制作日程

5. To help in reviewing Editorial Policy and Guidelines in CN and ensuring it is adapt to Regional Editorial Policy and Guidelines 确保中国的编辑原则与公司编辑原则保持一致，并满足中国的特殊需求

6. To assist in planning and executing Operations Improvement Initiatives to improve efficiency of the CN Editorial Ops 规范操作流程以改善编辑工作的有效性

7. Assist in product review to look into improving readership and usage through the multichannel media 辅助改进增加读者与用户的计划

8. Perform other related duties to ensure the editorial operations is efficient such as identify operational issues and resolve them 发现编辑工作的难点和解决问题

9. Assist with other project work, publications & duties as allocated.辅助其他编辑相关工作

10.Assist in maintaining various reports that is required in maintaining the efficiency of operations such as workload distribution report, monthly output report etc 提交各种工作报告

11.Assist in managing the resources needed to ensure the efficiency of the operations including leave calendar maintenance 管理编辑的资源与休假

12.Assist in executing, monitoring, reviewing the KPIs for the team to achieve editorial performance 监测、评估与改进编辑的工作表现

13. Approve/reject OT/leave applications/performance appraisal with improvement plan of immediate subordinates. 处理编辑们的行政与加班事务

14. Provide relevant training to editorial staff. Guide the editorial staff in query resolution, report writing, integrity checks, compiling checklists 提供编辑培训与具体工作指导，制定质量控制的措施

15. Meet regularly with the local Editorial Advisory Board/Key Opinion Leaders, Health Professional bodies, local drug regulatory departments to discuss issues, plans and other business if necessary 按需拜访编辑顾问和药监部门人员

16. Ensure good communication between the editorial, business and IT teams for better and more efficient operations and workflow.确保编辑内部及与公司其他部门之间的交流顺畅、有效配合

17.Ensure that the required Regional Editorial Policy is rolled out and adapted to local requirement 确保公司编辑原则的贯彻，同时满足中国的特殊需求

任职要求：

1．Demonstrated knowledge of CN medicines with good database and content requirement skills 具有良好的医药、资料库知识，以及内容制作技巧

2. Good general industry knowledge around pharmaceuticals, e.g. peak bodies/authorities 具有良好的药企知识与人脉

3. Demonstrated strong general management knowledge/skills and the ability to delegate 具有优异的管理技巧和代表公司处理对外事务

4. Ability to positively influence and manage out, across and up 能够发挥正面影响力且能良好的监管和沟通

5. Demonstrated training experience 具有培训经验

6. Good documentation skills with strong attention to detail 具备良好的文件制作技巧和细心

7. Ability to work independently and contribute to a team as required 可以独立工作和率领团队

8. High level of interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence people without direct lines of authority 具有高超的人际关系技巧和独立处理问题的能力

9. Priority management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously 能合理安排工作优先顺序，以及同时顾及多项工作

10.Organisational and problem solving skills to keep projects to timeline 通过良好筹划和解决问题，确保任务按时完成

11. Strong understanding of quality management and a commitment towards the quality delivery of products to customers 严控产品的质量管理
