The Senior Marketing Officer will be assisting in the marketing of first hand residential properties, including planning and implementation of marketing programmes and advertising campaigns, design and production of marketing collaterals, copy writing and translation, event organization, etc. He/She should be familiar with the marketing aspects of the Residential Properties (First Hand Sales) Ordinance and from the perspective of a developer.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/ PR & Communications or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in sales and marketing of residential properties with sizable property developers or real estate consultancies
• Attentive to details, proactive and resourceful, and result oriented with positive mindset
• Able to work independently and as a team, and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and competent in verbal and written Chinese and English (Mandarin a plus)
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for Marketing Officer position
