Description:
Assist Marketing Manager on planning, developing and implementing CRM strategies to meet the requirements and expectations for the growth of the business;
Assist in developing annual membership marketing plans with various online/offline campaigns/activities to ensure the activities are aligned with our brand objectives as well as business targets;
Develop consumer insights, digital marketing and market analysis to drive brand positioning, mall traffic and tenant sales;
Data management, tracking, analysis, quality assurance and troubleshooting both on the back end and front end;
Assist Marketing Manager and ensure that insight and data is used to shape and optimise all CRM initiatives;
Manage the regular CRM report and competitor analysis;
Coordinate with VIP salon team on daily operation and various marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of CRM related experiences in an International brand environment or CRM/ Loyalty Management agency; experience with internationally well-known luxury brands would be a plus;
Strong customer and data oriented mindset to understand and deliver on different customer segments and key stakeholder expectations;
Deep analytical skills and a keen understanding of data strategy and consumer acquisition strategies;
Have the ability to drive results when working to strict deadlines;
Excellent team work spirit while be accountable for assigned jobs;
Experience in budget management;
Always looking to innovate and solution-centric
