I. Job Description工作描述
This job contributes to Watsons success by developing market and store-specific strategic marketing plans for Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan. Supporting company growth and creating local value. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1.Collaborate with Operations and other internal and external functions on development and implementation on marketing programs. And support to other functional projects.
2.Map out detailed executional plans and follow through to ensure smooth operation, target achievement as well as compliance with company policies, guidelines and budgets.
3.Measures effectiveness and sales results of both national and regional programs. Track sales data and collect market feedback.
4.Provide effective tools to operations to improve the execution.
5.New market/store opening program planning and execution.
6.Project management in a cross-functional environment.
II. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
1. In charge of store support promotion, e.g. city level promotion, problematical store promotion with decent ROI. Execute the promotion effective, communicate the key mechanism of each promotion with Ops. Provide the materials/tools to Operations for effective internal promotion communication. Fully support negative comp. stores by promotions/JP to achieve market comp growth target.
2.Explore JP (Merchant and bank) cooperators and execute the promotion. Maintain good relationship with the joint promotion partners and get more benefit.
3.Monitor card sold target procedure. Provide the sales tools of card sold to help Ops to achieve annual card sold budget .Assist CRM projects' execution.
4.Manage and control PR/PO/Payment to ensure tender/contract in line with SOP.
III. Requirements 任职要求
1.Degree in Marketing, management or any other related disciplines.
2.Minimum 2 years' work experience in advertising and promotion / planning and development of marketing activities in retail industry or FMCG.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationship with both internal and external parties.
4. Ability to develop sales and promotional programs and manage timelines and budgets.
5.Ability to write and execute strategic plans and tactics.
6.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, individually and through cross-functional groups.
7.Clear logical thinking data and fact based reporting and insight sharing.
