Senior Marketing Manager (Spending & Rewards) (Job ID: 2642)

Responsibilities

• To formulate marketing strategies and new initiatives
• To develop card features and stimulate card usage and achieve business and financial targets
• To develop overall business plan on Card’s Branding and marketing strategies to build market awareness as well as to gain market share
• To drive profit in terms of increasing the interest and fee income
• To drive the innovative and digital projects
• To lead a team to achieve the target

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the banking industry
• Sound knowledge of retail lending products and relevant lending guidelines
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• A good team player with positive working attitude
• Independent, mature, proactive and business oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and high risk awareness
• Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
