Job Description
Branding strategy and plan management
- Animate localization and adaption of global brand strategy to develop China customers’ messages for brand image;
- Assist to develop annual plan for communication and branding events;
Marketing Communications and branding events management
- Lead and develop annual offline and online events and brand building activities, including roadshows, media coverage, tradeshows, promotion activities etc.
- Initiate and evaluate the sponsorship in line with branding objectives.
- Build and develop internal and employee communication plan to improve employee engagement, and FS exposure with key internal stakeholders;
- Monitor and review the cost effectiveness and efficiency of advertising, media, and promotional activities, outside suppliers and agencies (e.g. advertising and research).
Marketing Operation management
- Design and implement marketing premiums, materials, video, photo, and souvenirs sourcing and production;
- Conduct regular brand research to tracking awareness, reputation and brand health checking to gain more customer insights;
- Manage vendors and A&P spending to meet compliance of internal audit, procurement and finance;
