Job Summary

• To oversee accounts and work directly with marketing companies and clients on development of product & pricing strategy;
• To make sure everything goes well from product development, pricing to delivery of goods;
• To handle post delivery issues such as quality complaint, customer charge-backs, payment.

 In this role, you will:

• To prepare and submit quotation to marketing arms/direct customers;
• To follow up Clients Day-to-Day issues;
• To attend customers’ meetings to perform duty and aid business;
• To closely monitor customer’s charge backs & overdue payments;
• To maintain & update cost/pricing files;
• To liaise with Costing Department on product costs;
• To supervise supporting staff (if any);
• To be responsible for supporting product development;
• To complete forms, e.g. new customer & new item set up;
• To define/amend product specifications on new/existing products;
• To monitor communication between marketing arms/direct customers & factories;
• To manage & maintain product and data information within company systems;
• To attend training/seminar to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills;
• To perform & complete jobs & projects as requested.

 To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• University graduate, min 3 years relevant working experience;
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office and PC knowledge;
• Able to work under pressure and independently;
• Be Initiative, responsible and have sense of leadership;
• Strong organizing capability, effective presentation and communication skills;
• Good marketing sense, creative with an analytical mind.
