Job Duties

  • >
  • To assist in planning and implementation of branding projects, marketing & communications strategy for product launches and ad hoc campaigns in all sales channels in China market.
  • To follow up the execution of the approved 360 degree integrated proposal (including PR, social, digital and all external channels) and report.
  • To assist in content generation including press release, sales-promotion activation write-up, campaign promotional messages and other marketing collaterals copywriting for local projects for all channels usage. (trade MKT, in store, PR, social, digital and all channels)
  • To work closely with Visual Merchandiser and trade marketing manager for developing and/adapting all relevant VM and communication assets to all sales channels in China
  • To assist in planning digital/social strategy for long term brand building and short term promotion.
  • To work with the digital agency for social media management and maintenance including post content creation, fan acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • To build up relationship with KOLs/media, organize product seeding, get brand exposure with high cost-performance, track exposure and generate report including monthly report to HQ.
  • To seek opportunity for joint promotion or collaboration with museums and other relevant parties for PR activity based on guidelines provided by HQ.

  • To be the bridge between local sales team and HQ Marketing team. To share information with local sales team and give feedback to HQ Marketing team.
  • To follow up the project of local product development (such as local museum coop project, local festival coop etc.,) and get the support from HQ R&D to make sure the design is consistent with HQ guideline and product be launched on time.
  • To coordinate with APAC operation and collect forecast from local sales team according to GTM plan.

  • Involved in agency briefing meeting and follow up for research proposal and get alignment
  • Follow up with the agency for research execution and report delivery

  • To assist in MKT budget planning.
  • To track MKT budget and make sure to use it according to approved marketing plan.
  • To finish the relevant internal process for contract, PR, payment etc.,
