Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferred in sourcing/supply chain/engineering, business/economics;
• Experience working in Big-4/Consulting Firms is a plus, given need for strong consulting mindset;
• Comfortable working directly with senior management and employees throughout client's organizations;
• Strong analytical mind-set and creative problem solving capabilities;
• A proven ability to translate client objectives into executable solutions, and develop deliverables that address complex situations;
• Strong group facilitation and presentation skills;
• Demonstrated management skills - including the ability to train and mentor junior staff, lead projects with multiple workstream, manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships;
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
