We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Spa Training (Non-China) to join our Headquarter in Hong Kong to develop, plan, organize, monitor, coordinate and conduct training activities effectively in order to upgrade the performance of our Spa colleagues to meet the spa standards.

As a Senior Manager, Spa Training (Non-China), we rely on you to:

  • Supervise the management of spa training for non-China properties
  • Oversee and participate in the training activities of the individual spas
  • Assess training needs based on Performance Monitor Report, Performance Development Reviews, Spa Director feedback, employee feedback, guest comments, business result, observation
  • Develop an annual training plan for general skills, knowledge, languages and areas for improvement based on the result of training need analysis and revise when needed

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years experience in spa management role
  • Has a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Massage and Aesthetics
  • Preferably has a lead therapist or training experience
  • Communicate and write with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Is tactful and sensitive to employees needs
  • A self- starter, goal- oriented and great team builder
