职位描述

• Establishes short and long-term program objectives and ensures team members meet them.
• Creates and implements guidelines for evaluating the program's strengths and areas where improvement is required.
• Assigns tasks to team members to ensure project objectives are completed as required.
• Monitors program's progress and reports this in regular meetings with high-end managers and any stakeholders funding the program.
• Resolves problems with program as they arise.
• Develops regular budgets and schedules (usually annually) to support the program's implementation.
• Coordinate and communicates expectations to team members.
• Appraises team members' performances and offer feedback to employees and, when appropriate, to managers.

任职条件

• Master or Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a life/biological science or quality-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• At least 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry and demonstrated program management expertise.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and strategic planning
• Superior organizational and analysis skills to negotiate priorities with stakeholders and help foster a collaborative environment with colleagues across sites and across disciplines.
• Multi-Tasker, creativity, knowledge of office and project management software
• Works well to deadlines and under pressure, program management skills or certification
• Ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions and troubleshooting and work in a team as well as to work independently with limited guidance or supervision
• Good English (written and spoken) and Chinese
