This exciting role offers opportunity to: Heading the Material planning /MPS/production planning function for the plant to meet the customer on time delivery with alignment of shopfloor loading and inventory target and leading import /export logistics for the plant Heading Material requirement planning, Master Scheduling /Inventory to ensure on time shop floor loading as well as on time completion of customer order to meet the customer OTD Co-ordinating with cross functional team sales operation /purchase /production to ensure the execution of customer order. Leading and supporting intercompany demand and supply planning MPS- preparing the monthly production schedule to align with purchase to identify the risk and track the risk to communicate to sales operation Preparing the material shortage report against the production plan and getting the commitment from buyers Finalizing the production plan to align with the business plan before 15th of every month Daily review with team and ensuring the all the customer commitment for met and escalating the issue on time Sharing the visibility for next 3 months demand availability to the cross functional team Monitors and reschedules changes in production planning on a regular basis involving all concerned to meet the monthly plan Reviewing & tracking of SAP action messages with team to ensure the pull in and pushout action executed by on time Key member in SIOP process -Leading supply planning process to communicate the availability & attending monthly SIOP review call with all region Leading CI process for overall planning and inventory function to identify and digitization process. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay [ Production plan must assure to reach internal targets Monthly review of customer OTD /Past due vs actual and preparing the analysis Tracking MTS stock availability for the assigned material Quarterly safety stock review and re-assign the MTS/MTO Providing the monthly closing inventory projection based on production plan for FG parts. Involve in BOM approval & establishing and aligning the NPD execution in plant Leading Import /export logistics function for the plant and ensure the on time execution for the shipment against agreed transit time Tracking monthly freight projection for the plant for the import shipments and execution Co-ordinating with intercompany plant and ensure the ontime execution of export shipment and sharing advance booking schedule to intercompany to block the vessel schedule Qualifications Requirement: BE-Electrical/Mechanical 15+ years of experience in material planning /production/Shopfloor execution ; Proficiency in SAP Strong knowledge in PP/MM-module in SAP- plant role Strong knowledge in overall supply chain flow starting from demand till material delivery to customer.
